Abstract

The main objective of the project is: (i) to create a comprehensive offer of various forms of educational services in life-long learning (LLL) for non-medical health care programmes in line with the respective regulations (regarding both form and content) and (ii) to develop an informational and administrative system of life-long learning that will communicate, on the one hand, with those implementing the education (in order to streamline the services offered and cover all areas and forms of LLL) and, on the other hand, with the target group of workers in the field in order to inform them about formal requirements (pursuant to Act No 96/2004), about the offer of LLL (individual courses etc) and will also ensure administrative functions (electronic evidence of grades, database of credits obtained, individual planning of educational plans etc).

Further education will be prepared in cooperation with professional societies for each non-medical health care programme.

Activities:

1/ addressing all relevant institutions providing LLL in the given areas;

2/ mapping the existing offer of educational activities in the Czech Republic;

3/ analysing the offer and identification of areas insufficiently covered by the offer and availability of educational services (form and content);

4/ drafting the recommended groups of educational topics (depending on the working position of the LLL participant) and preparing template educational plans (based on individual areas of activities in the field);

5/ creating a comprehensive offer of various forms of LLL in line with the legislation in force;

6/ creating an information portal for LLL for non-medical health care programmes – database of educational events, calendar, electronic evidence of grades, database of credits obtained, setting up individual educational plans for professionals, and

7/ an information campaign about the LLL portal and LLL concept aimed at the target group of educators and workers from the field

Target group :

The project target group is composed of:

1/ all workers in non-medical health care fields;

2/ providers of educational services in the given fields.
