The EU Green Book was released by the European Commission (according to point 3.1. of the EU action plan). The aim of this document is the participation of civil society on the preparation and realisation of EU drugs policies. The document is not binding but rather informative.
The Green Book was published on the EU web site: http://ec.europa.eu/justice_home/news/consulting_public/news_consulting_public_en.htm. Experts and the public from member states are invited to send comments to this address – the deadline for comments is 30. 9. 2006. These comments will later be discussed by the EU Horizontal Working Party on Drugs.Attached files
