Treatment demands and first treatment demands in 2005

The indicator “treatment demand” gives evidence of the number of people who ask for treatment or another service as a result of using drugs. Anamnestic data about clients and information, especially about ways of using drugs, the beginning of use, frequency of use, and the health status of clients (blood-borne diseases) and the like (NMS, 2003).
