The scientific programme is the most important part of the ECNP Congress. As a rule it consists of plenary lectures, a limited (28) number of symposia, educational update sessions, brainstorming sessions and poster sessions. In addition, Breaking News symposia, focussing on the latest developments in preclinical and clinical research in neuropsychopharmacology, will be organised.
The different scientific tracks are:
– Treatment track (evidence-based treatment);
– Clinical research track (clinical research issues);
– Interface track (link between preclinical and clinical research);
– Preclinical track (on preclinical research). After the symposia in the preclinical track, delegates will have the opportunity to meet the speakers during a scientific café for 30 minutes.
