Evaluating effectiveness in the health care system
The thesis is concerned with terminological differentiation between effectiveness, efficiency and eficcacy with respect to economic evaluation in the health-care system, showing the methods of economic analysis. The second part focuses on key players in the healthcare system and discusses their individual possibilities to involve analysis of economic effectiveness into their rational decision-making, such analysis being a crucial part of any health-care system reform.
